I am a doctoral researcher and visiting tutor in the Department for Politics and International Relations, at Royal Holloway, University of London.

I studied Linguistics at The University of Gloucestershire, where I earned a BA (First-Class). After that, I studied for an MSc (Distinction) in New Political Communication at Royal Holloway, University of London. I remained at RHUL and joined the New Political Communication Unit as a doctoral researcher in September 2014, to undertake my PhD.

I divided my childhood between Berkshire, Shropshire and London. From a young age, I was fascinated by science, especially when it came to space. Later in life, I realised I was better suited to writing than I was to experiments. In my non-professional life I like to hike the English country side, watch long films, and see live music.
